Data Entry Clerk Shift 2

Job Description:

We are seeking a meticulous and reliable Shift Data Clerk to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately input, retrieve, and manage data related to production schedules, inventory levels, and quality control measures.
• Collaborate with production staff to ensure seamless communication and data recording.
• Monitor and report any discrepancies or anomalies in production data.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of all manufacturing data.
• Assist in generating reports and data summaries for management review.
• Participate in regular training and development sessions to stay updated with the latest data management practices.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations regarding data handling.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in data management is a plus.
• Proven experience as a data clerk, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong proficiency in Data Entry and management software.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Availability to work in shifts, including nights and weekends, as required.

Experience:

• Experience with ERP systems and HRIS (Paycom, Sage and Navision preferably)
• 2 years of Data Entry

Knowledge of HACCP & Sanitation guidelines & processes

Ability to multi-task       

Ability to be cross trained and multitask in multiple positions

Lead people & communication skills

Be able to operate freezer, filler etc. and control overrun
