Adecco is currently assisting a local financial client in their search for Warranty/Data Entry processor in Fond Du Lac, WI This is an ONSITE, 7+ month assignment and offers a starting pay rate of $18 - 20/hr, based upon experience. Shift is M-F 7:30-4:30p.
As a Warranty Claims Processor, you will facilitate the accurate and ethical processing of Warranty Claims. The Claims Processor is responsible for accurate information documentation.
Job Responsibilities:
Read source documents such as Technical Service Manuals, invoices, or bills, and enter data in specific data fields into the MercSIS system using keyboards.
Verify the accuracy of data before claims are processed.
Locate and correct Data Entry errors, or report them to supervisors.
Compare data with source documents, or correct data as required
Maintain logs of activities and completed work.
Skills:
Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information.
Previous experience with computer applications, such as Adobe, Microsoft Word and Excel is also a plus.
Education/Experience:High school diploma and/or some college education.
Must have Marine Industry experience
Must have experience of processing warranty transactions accurately and ethically

Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
