We are seeking to add a Data Entry Clerk to our team! You will be responsible for accurate Data Entry, file maintenance, and record keeping.
Responsibilities:
- Enter variety of data using current technology
- Prepare and sort documents for Data Entry
- Create and maintain logs for tracking purposes
- Review and enter data updates in the systems
- Review discrepancies in data received
- Advise supervisor of issues related to data
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Data Entry or other related fields
- Excellent typing skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Note: A Data Entry Clerk is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in databases and spreadsheets. They ensure the integrity and organization of information, perform quality checks, and may assist in basic administrative tasks. Attention to detail and proficiency in Data Entry software are essential for this role.
