```Duties```
- Enter data into computerized databases and systems with accuracy and efficiency
- Create and maintain accurate and organized electronic and physical files
- Perform clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents
- Assist with administrative duties as needed, including answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Use pivot tables and other tools to analyze data and generate reports
- Type, proofread, and edit documents as necessary
```Requirements```
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy in Data Entry
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Note: Previous experience in Data Entry or administrative roles is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
