Roles and Responsibilities
- Performs research to fulfill service requests, repairs debit card opening and maintenance failures.
- Completes customer research requests within Service Level Agreement timelines.
- Maintains strong business partner relationships to focus on identifying root causes, resolving issues and improving the customer's experience.
- Mitigates undeliverable debit cards sent through expedited couriers by repairing the delivery failure reason prior to being returned to Chase.
