• Perform a variety of administrative (Data Entry) tasks to assist with day-to-day operations..
• Perform duties that include working on a computer, scanning and faxing information as well as making outbound calls to providers to give authorization numbers.
• Utilize SharePoint sites, Excel spreadsheets and our internal platform to complete administrative Data Entry tasks. When necessary, make outbound calls to providers to provide authorization numbers. Scan information as needed.
• Microsoft Suite including Excel & Word; SharePoint; Internet; Phone; Fax machine
• Ability to present professionally, strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work independently and with others (be a team player); maintain a positive attitude
• Punctual, organized, ability to execute once given direction without direct oversight, self-motivated, willingness to work on a variety of tasks as needed

• What are the work hours? 9:00-5:00 EST (some flexibility)

Specific Duties:
1. Review paper and electronic release of information documents for compete information
2. Document information from each form on a spreadsheet that will be provided

The purpose of this position is to process requests for data by adding and correcting entries into a specific database or computer application. Responsibilities may include the following: Keeping track of received data and source documents. Compiling, sorting, interpreting, and verifying data to be entered. Contacting prepares source documents to resolve questions, inconsistencies, or missing data. Enters alphabetic, numeric data for source documents into a computer following the format displayed on the screen. May review error reports and enter corrections into computer. File and route source documents after entry as appropriate. Respond to inquiries regarding entered
