- As a Data Entry Clerk, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date information for our organization. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will contribute to the overall success of our team. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and have strong Data Entry skills, we encourage you to apply for this position.

- Work hours are Monday through Friday 8 am to 4:30 pm. Our office is located in Halethorpe Maryland.
Qualifications include:
- High School Diploma
- Proven experience in Data Entry or related administrative roles
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in Data Entry
- Ability to work independently and meet deadline
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and follow up skills
- Familar with process of inputting data into a digital format
Requirements:
- Enter data into various systems accurately and efficiently
- Organize and maintain files and record
- Verify entered data against source documents and make necessary corrections
- Transcribe information from source documents into electronic formats
- Assist with data analysis and reporting using pivot tables
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy through regular quality check
- Excellent typing skills
- Maintain confidentiatlity while entering sensitive information
- Any other duties assigned

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
