Job Responsibilities
- Assist with various administrative and clerical duties
- Filing, data entry, scanning of documents
- Utilize a private software system to manage data
- Upload confirmations and make copies
- Manage and send emails to necessary parties
- Additional duties as assigned

Job Requirements
- 3+ years of previous administrative support experience
- Experience working within Microsoft Office
- Must have strong tech skills
- Candidate is required to be self-motivated, self-disciplined, and flexible
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- An exceptional attention to detail
