Job Responsibilities

• Assist with various administrative and clerical duties
• Filing, data entry, scanning of documents
• Utilize a private software system to manage data
• Upload confirmations and make copies
• Manage and send emails to necessary parties
• Additional duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• 3+ years of previous administrative support experience
• Experience working within Microsoft Office
• Must have strong tech skills
• Candidate is required to be self-motivated, self-disciplined, and flexible
• Superb written and verbal communication skills
• An exceptional attention to detail
