Job Description
Pay Range $15hr - $20hr
- The required candidate to fill the needs of the office assistant position.
- The person must possess exceptional typing skills, preferably 60+ words a minute with high accuracy.
- A seasoned professional with years of experience having worked in an office environment is preferred, although not required.
- The person must possess excellent customer service skills, be able to interact well with coworkers, customers, and supervisors.
- Computer literacy is a must, the person should be able to navigate around the computer and be familiar with applications such as MS Office.
- The person should have some familiarity with office machines such as copier, fax, printers and label printers.
- Case noting.
- Filing for unit staff counselors.
- Assemble unit staff work schedules.
- Contact customers to confirm appointments and verify pertinent information.
- Provide back-up reception desk duties such as answering incoming calls from clients/public seeking information, meet and process arriving clients/visitors to the office.
- Unforseen tasks as needed.
