At-a-Glance:
Are you ready to build your career by joining a global financial institution? If so, our client is hiring a Data Coordinator!
What You'll Do:

• Work across multiple platforms to research and update alumni profiles for target populations, including client relationship management (CRM) system, LinkedIn, Google Alerts, etc.
• Manage and update alumni data from client event registration reports, including Cvent and Conference Manager
• Responsible for processing high volume of data, running quality searches, and performing internal and external research to increase data accuracy.
• Oversee updates, audits and maintenance of the Alumni Network database, including Daily new registrant report
• Email metric and preference reports (bounce back and unsubscribes)
• Identify alumni records for segmentation purposes (location, industry, etc.)
• Work directly with the Alumni Network’s third-party vendor (Anthology/iModules) on data inquiries and any system issues that arise.
• Assist with ad hoc Business Unit data projects.
• Develop procedure documentation for data maintenance and collection.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

What You’ll Bring:

• BA in related field and 2-4 years of work experience
• Sensitivity when working with highly confidential datasets.
• Excellent attention to detail, administrative and organizational skills; proven ability to multi-task, solid internet research skills and a strong customer focus
• Flexibility and ability to deal with changing priorities, manage time efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Experience in data management, reporting and analysis.
• High proficiency in Excel (working knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint) and LinkedIn
• Excellent oral, written, interpersonal and customer service skills with an ability to work across various internal stakeholders and external constituents.
• Highly motivated, strong work ethic, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• HTML and coding knowledge a plus.
