We are currently seeking a IT Project Coordinator to join our team remotely in the US.
Job Description
Day to Day job Duties:
- Assist the project manager in the development of project management documents such as budgets, schedules, scope statements and project plans
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
- Meeting with project clients to assess their needs and define project requirements, acceptance criteria and project timelines
- Familiar with the system scope and project objectives, as well as the role and function of each team member, in order to effectively coordinate the activities of the team
- Foster cross-team collaboration to help project team members complete project tasks and produce deliverables
- Assign tasks to team members and help them understand what’s expected from them in terms of project milestones and deliverables
- Monitoring project progress and creating project status reports for project managers and stakeholders
- Scheduling stakeholder meetings and facilitating communication between the project manager and stakeholders throughout the project life cycle
- Identify and recruit appropriate resources needed to ensure timely completion of project
- Executing a variety of project management administrative bookkeeping tasks such as preparing monthly Invoices, hiring tracker, resource tracker, etc.,
- Helping new joiners to obtain client required desktop, software access
- Coordinate with internal support team’s like TA, Finance, etc.,
Skills:
- 2+ years experience as an IT Project Coordinator
- Can possess specialized knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) frameworks used to manage risks and issues unique to technology projects
- Proficiency in current computer programs such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
Nice to have:
- 1-2 years’ experience in Business Analyst / Project Coordinator / Project Manager Jr role
- Possess client service skills and advanced organization and time management skills
- Organized, enthusiastic, results-oriented, innovative, and able to deal with ambiguity and tight deadlines while working effectively in a team environment
- Working knowledge of project management software
Degree: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field
