Salary Range: $14.00 - $17.00 Hourly
The Boys & Girls Clubs of Lanier is hiring for a Data Clerk position. This position is part-time, Monday through Friday and approximately 20-25 hours per week.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Ensure club member applications are filled out completely and correctly.
- Register members into an online system.
- Track daily attendance using KidTrax and Cayen databases and keep databases up-to-date.
- Maintain a daily attendance record in Excel as back-up.
- Answer the phone and provide proper assistance as needed.
- Assist with record keeping for grant compliance.
- Archive past membership files, start new membership files, and update current member files in accordance to program schedules.
- Clerical and all other duties as assigned.
- One year of office/clerical experience.
- Multi-line phone system experience.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Type 35-50 wpm.
