Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Data Analytics and Integration Manager (Level K) to Lead a multi-disciplinary team in the end-to-end development and implementation of advanced engineering analytics solutions which address business challenges across BCA Engineering enabling improvements to safety, quality, efficiency, stability, predictably for product and process optimization to enable Engineering Integration throughout BCA Product Lifecycle. This position is based in Everett, WA.
In addition to leading the ALEI team (comprised of Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Systems Engineers, Application Developers, Product Owners and Scrum Masters), this person will Chair the BCA Analytics Collaboration Council to integrate Data Analytics strategy and solutions at BCA level and collaborate with the Enterprise level leaders. He/she will recruit, coach, and mentor team-members to develop and integrate Airplane Level Engineering Integration (ALEI) analytics technology roadmap.
Position Responsibilities:
Creates strategic alliances with all members of the Commercial business and enterprise (in and out of Engineering) to support BCA Data Analytics.
Manages current Engineering Processes and Tools, while making sure our Programs are ready for the future digital enterprise toolset.
Develops and implements Data analytics roadmap for BCA including Solution Kits and Design Practices from across the enterprise.
Supports the hiring, training and transition of employees to support the needs of the organization.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location option.
The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
3+ years of experience in data science, quantitative research science, or Data Analytics.
3+ years of experience leading projects or teams.
3+ years of experience in an engineering role.
1+ years of experience with project management.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
2+ years of management experience
Experience applying Systems Engineering principals in the Aerospace industry
Experience working in an Agile environment.
Excellent collaboration skills.
Experience with risk management.
Experience leading multi-organizational projects.
Excellent communications skills, verbal and written
