The Trianz strategy, business model, process and technology implementation services are powered by data on digital transformations and two decades of experience in driving change.        

         

Trianz Global Digital Transformation Research & Strategic Change        

         

Between 2018-2021, Trianz launched a global initiative to study digital transformations across 20 industries worldwide, collecting data from business and technology leaders of 5,000+ companies across 5,000+ plus companies (Automotive, Banking, Construction, Retail, energy, Financial Services, FMCG, BFSI, healthcare, Insurance, Manufacturing, Media, Entertainment, Hospitality etc.)         

         

In collaboration with faculty from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, Trianz analyzed the state of digital transformations, investment patterns, technology cycles, organizational and leadership readiness, and outcomes from transformational initiatives. Findings from this initiative have led to a sea change in the Trianz growth strategy and industry leading results.         

         

The research led to the CEO of Trianz, Sri Manchala writing a book titled “Crossing the Digital Faultline- 10 Rules of Highly Successful Leaders” which became an Amazon bestseller in 2022.        

         

Pioneering “IP Led Services” Strategy and Results        

Given the findings, Trianz CEO and leadership created a new value proposition, vision and strategy for the company. Simply titled as “IP Led Services” Trianz CEO led the creation of multiple SW platforms that would help clients accelerate transformations, reduce reliance on manual efforts and costs of transformations.         

         

Each of the platforms would act as door openers, independent streams of revenue and sources of services opportunities for the company. In all Trianz has built four platforms as below:         

         

  • Concierto: Cloud Migration & Hybrid Cloud Ops Platform Pulse- The Digital Workplace (to help remote and distributed workforces bond and perform; leadership and HR to manage organizations effectively) visit www.concierto.cloud

Since the market launch of this strategy in mid-2023, Trianz has experienced enormous growth, success and recognition.         

         

  • Trianz built certain SW in data and analytics which was acquired by Amazon in March 2022. Since then, Trianz has been made an engineering partner of Amazon for building connected ecosystems across multiple AWS platforms in the next 2 years.
  • Trianz Concierto cloud platform and Extrica Datamesh are gaining traction with direct clients as well as managed services partners. We are currently pursuing a $250m+ pipeline.
  • Trianz “IP Led Services” business model, value proposition is resonating across the cloud providers such as AWS, Azure and GCP. We expect Trianz to surpass industry growth rates by a wide margin.

         

Business Reorganization

        

To manage its growth going forward, Trianz is being organized into two business units- one focusing on Digital Transformation SERVICES and the other on Digital Transformation SW Platforms:        

         

      Enterprise Transformation Services BU: This unit is the core/historical business of Trianz comprising of digital transformation services (Hybrid Cloud, Analytics, Digital Apps/Experiences and Security) that target CIO and Business Organizations. This unit is ~2,000 strong and works exclusively with a Fortune 2000 client base.        

         

      Trianz Digital SW Platforms BU: The common theme here is platforms that drive digital transformations in the Data, Cloud and Applications space. In that Trianz has built specific platforms that fundamentally change how clients approach enterprise analytics with a Datamesh; how they adopt/manage/optimize the hybrid cloud and how the deliver employee experiences.

About the Role:     

    

At Trianz, our digital practice is at the forefront of innovation, propelling digital transformations for our clients. Primarily serving large enterprises and tapping into emerging markets, our offerings encompass a digital experience design studio, digital engineering for custom / cross-platform applications, along with migrations, modernizations leveraging cutting-edge technologies, and enterprise app implementations.        

         

We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned Digital Practice Leader to oversee the Profit & Loss (P&L), with a broad mandate covering business growth, practice development, client satisfaction, team enhancement, and the cultivation of partnerships and alliances. This pivotal role is instrumental in steering our digital practice towards greater success, utilizing cutting-edge technologies, IP-led models, and forward-thinking strategies to solidify and elevate our market stance. We seek a visionary leader who thinks creatively, providing direction, strategy, and thought leadership to expand our Digital practice, thereby generating significant business impact for our clients. This leader should be hands-on, able to blend big-picture thinking with technical know-how to seize the best opportunities and build a team that delivers real change.        

         

What You'll Be Doing:        

         

  • P&L Ownership:
    • Oversee and manage the financial performance of the digital practice, including revenue growth, cost management, and profitability.
  • Business Growth and Strategy:
    • Develop and implement growth strategies to enhance market presence, increase revenue, and achieved / exceed expected targets.
    • In collaboration with sales, identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding our client base and service offerings.
  • Practice Development:
    • Build go-to-market approaches, practice offerings, and related competencies.
    • Foster a culture of innovation with an IP-led model and continuous improvement within the practice.
  • Client Satisfaction and Relationship Management:
    • Build credibility and be a trusted advisor to clients for all their digital transformation initiatives.
    • Ensure the highest levels of client satisfaction and foster long-term client relationships.
  • Partnership and Alliances Development:
    • Actively develop and nurture strategic partnerships and alliances, enhancing the practice's capabilities and market reach.
  • Team Leadership and Development:
    • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of digital professionals.
    • Promote professional development and career growth opportunities for team members.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Streamline operations to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of solutioning and service delivery.
    • Implement best practices and standards across projects and services.

Who you are:        

  • Spent time building Practice (revenue scaling, Solution expansion, partnerships, business engine) in Digital Transformation space.
  • Prioritized Subject Matter Expertise over P&L.
  • Strong consulting background with experience in conducting assessments, defining roadmaps, and understanding client requirements.
  • Prior experience of working on Migrations/ movement of analytics workloads and Modernizations to cloud platforms.
  • Exposure to product-based selling on data analytics products/Frameworks/Accelerators from creation to GTM.
  • Solid client presence, stake holder and presentation capabilities.
  • Thought Leadership in the Digital space.
