Job Description
Project: The Data Analyst will collaborate with operations data management (ODM) team to understand data challenges along with underlying business needs and analyze them in context of broader use of client data across client along with ongoing future requirements.
What will you be responsible for:
" Leverages extensive knowledge of life cycle data analysis. Advocates data standards within cross-functional teams to ensure data are regarded as accurate, timely, reliable, and trusted by business collaborators
" Play a central role in the analysis of the needs of business units, partnering with information technology to deliver on those needs, and may serve as a translator between those groups.
" Ensure that data within eco-system is aligned with external data sources using master data management processes.
" Acts as a consultant to the business on complex data quality issues. Ensures that data quality monitoring and analyses provided to internal clients and team members are done in a timely manner and are of the highest level of quality.
" Implements processes and controls for the creation, consumption, assimilation, and/or destruction of data. Contributes to cross-functional projects. Ensures project goals are in line with data management goals.
What your day to day will look like:
" Collaborate with cross functional teams, with a particular emphasis on partnering with T Rowe Price Technology and Sales Strategy and Enablement Teams to execute on functionality builds to support sales reporting priorities, as well as downstream analytics, client engagement, and Salesforce users
" Leads investigations, analyses, and evaluations to determine data quality enhancement feasibility and implications for data accuracy. Makes recommendations to more senior professionals based on findings.
What would we need to see from you:
" Experience working on complex data ecosystem. Experience in data governance, data quality, master data management tools required
" Salesforce Certifications and SQL Knowledge is plus but not required.
" Exposure working with Informatica Master Data Management is plus but not required.
" Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred

RATE RANGE: 40-45/HR (based on experience)
