- Analyze sales data to assess performance metrics, including conversion rates, sales funnel efficiency, and revenue generation.
- Identify trends, patterns, and key drivers of sales performance.
- Assist in creating accurate sales forecasts, revenue projections, and budgeting for the call center.
- Monitor actual sales performance against forecasts and provide explanations for variances.
- Gather sales-related data from various sources, including CRM systems, call logs, and financial records.
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards that visualize sales and financial data for easy comprehension by stakeholders.
- Collaborate with sales and call center teams to identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
- Recommend strategies to increase sales productivity and reduce operational expenses.
- Conduct customer segmentation analysis to target high-value customer segments and improve sales targeting.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of sales campaigns and promotions.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Analyze cost structures and recommend cost optimization strategies.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and finance teams to align data analysis efforts with organizational goals.
- Support the development of sales and marketing strategies based on data insights.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Analytics, or a related field OR equivalent work experience
- Proven experience in financial analysis and data analysis.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, data visualization tools).
- Knowledge of sales metrics and KPIs.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and call center software.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
