We are a seeking an experienced, detail orientated, Data Quality Analyst to fill a full-time in office position.
As a Data Quality Analyst, your responsibilities will include:
- Maintain a working knowledge of Finance Policy and Procedures.
- Maintain a working knowledge of state outcome measure processes and FASAMS.
- Review and monitor outcome data reporting in the agency EHR system.
- Upload service and outcome data, daily, monthly and as needed, to SEFBHN’s Carisk Data Portal.
- Work with CFO and Finance Department on data corrections, reloads, and submission processes.
- Maintain integrity and security of submitted data
- Assist clinical staff with outcome forms training, reporting and questions.
- Adhere to Agency, DCF and HIPAA compliance regulations and data requirements.
- Assist with project implementations as needed

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, computer science, or data analytics, or equivalent experience.
- Must have minimum 5 years experience with EHR Data Analysis
- Experience with SQL, Tableau, or Power BI
- XML Experience preferred
- HIPAA Compliance, CARF Accreditation
- Solid Organizational Skills
- Work with minimal supervision
- MS Office experience
