We are seeking a Data and Analytics Specialist with a keen focus on AI and Product Analytics to join our groundbreaking team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about using data to inform product development and enhance user experiences in the film and technology sector. You'll be pivotal in analyzing user interaction data, optimizing product features, and driving strategic decisions through actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and refine AI models to analyze complex datasets, focusing on product usage, user behavior, and engagement metrics.
- Work closely with product and development teams to identify analytics requirements and translate business needs into data projects that optimize product performance and user satisfaction.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of product features to understand impact on user engagement and retention, providing recommendations for enhancements based on data insights.
- Oversee the data analytics lifecycle for product analytics, from data collection and preprocessing to analysis, reporting, and visualization.
- Validate and ensure the accuracy and integrity of data used in analytics, employing best practices in data handling and analysis.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in AI, product analytics, and the film and technology industry to incorporate innovative solutions.
- Communicate complex data insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making.
- Develop comprehensive documentation for analytics processes and findings, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field, with a strong emphasis on product analytics.
- Solid experience in data analytics, particularly within the film and technology sectors, with a proven track record in product analytics.
- Expertise in programming languages such as Python or R and familiarity with AI/machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI), and understanding of product analytics platforms (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel).
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with an ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, capable of effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting data insights to stakeholders.
