In our time of Company growth, we seek a Data Analyst.
Work Location: Bradenton, FL
As part of this role, you will:
- Collects and collates data related to clinical quality, operational processes, patient satisfaction, and other areas as assigned
- Assists with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual P.I. reports
- Maintains clinical outcome data as assigned
- Maintains clinical process data as assigned
- Develops spreadsheets and databases necessary for data maintenance
- High School Graduate or GED required
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite required
- 2-3 years’ experience in a Medical Office setting required
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) required
The Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing data to provide insights and the support decision-making process within the organization. Including tracking, trending, collecting, maintenance and converting into a report. The Data Analyst. utilizes appropriate methodologies (charts, graphs) to disseminate information in a user-friendly fashion to be present in interdisciplinary meetings and collaborations such as CPIC and others. In addition, assists in tracers, licensure and certificate acquisition and maintenance, and employee record keeping.
