JOB TITLE: Data Analyst

DUTIES: Responsible for the management and manipulation of structured data, with a focus on building business intelligence tools, conducting analysis, performing normalization operations, and assuring data quality. Leverage the use of business intelligence tools, data visualization, query, analytical and statistical software to build solutions, perform analysis and interpret data. Develop and maintain majority of reporting for Physician sector of business, including both internal and customer facing reports. Build reports and dashboards and maintain security including workspace access, role access, and the like. Develop stored procedures, views, functions needed for reporting data transformations. Convert business requests into technical requirements and apply best practices to deliver on the objectives which includes integration, end user support & user acceptance testing. Assist with ad-hoc data requests to answer questions from ops, client management and senior management. Design, develop, and optimize scripts in programming languages by analyzing data requirements and applications. Collaborate with business partners and end users to improve processes and propose solutions that leverage data visualization tools functionality. Estimate the complexity of tasks based on requirements to give the customers acceptable turnaround time for the requests. Maintain and improve some of the widely used reports in the organization, including Performance Analytics, Cash Flow Forecasting, Employee Productivity, Growth Analytics, and Credit Balance Reporting. Suggest Solutions to areas where a lot of manual data entry is involved. Telecommuting is available from anywhere in the U.S.
REQUIREMENTS: Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or a related computer
occupation.
Position requirements:
- PowerBI including data models, PowerQuery, DAX, bookmarks, row-level security and deploying PowerBI reports in service at scale (PowerBI Apps, and deployment pipelines);
- SQL experience including writing window functions, stored procedures, functions, and views;
- Data Engineering packages in Python;
- data analysis, reporting, data transformations including all aspects of the solution (data, integrations, support, and reporting);
- Azure Data Factory;
- Version Control such as Git Version Control system;
- Working with large datasets (>100GB or 100 million records); and
- Machine learning techniques and algorithms.
RATE OF PAY: $112,715 - $121,437/year
