SAIC is seeking a Cybersecurity Integration Manager on the Horizon Program to support the United States Space Force's Program Executive Office for Space Domain Aware and Combat Power portfolio in Vandenberg SFB, CA. Duties will include:
- Ensuring that the systems are secure and compliant with relevant regulations and standards
- Collaborating with program management and product line teams to develop high level control system requirements and communicate those requirements to the responsible controls engineers
- Conduct independent comprehensive assessments of the management, operational, and technical security controls and control enhancements employed within or inherited by an information technology system to determine the overall effectiveness of the controls (as defined in NIST 800-37)
- Manage and track POAMs related to security controls
- Manage Accreditation Packages (e.g., NIST SP 800-53 Rev 4, JSIG)
- Develop unique cyber indicators to maintain constant awareness of the status of the highly dynamic operating environment. Collects, processes, analyzes, and disseminates cyber warning assessments
- Develop cyberspace plans, strategy, and policy to support and align with organizational cybersecurity missions and initiatives
- Perform assessments of systems and networks within the enclave and identifies where those systems/networks deviate from acceptable configurations, enclave policy, or local policy. Measures effectiveness of defense-in-depth architecture against known vulnerabilities
- Plan and conduct security authorization reviews and assurance case development for initial installation of systems and networks
- Interface with appropriate government agencies, company management and employees, customers, vendors, and suppliers to ensure understanding of and compliance with security requirements
- Certify configuration management for security related systems software, hardware, and firmware are accurately accomplished
- Provide support for proposing, coordinating, implementing, and enforcing information systems security policies, standards, and methodologies
- Manage changes to systems and assess the security impact of those changes. Prepares and reviews documentation to include System Security Plans, Risk Assessment Reports, A&A packages, and Security Control Traceability Matrix
Qualifications
This is you:
- Bachelors Degree and 14 years of relevant experience with:
- Working closely with government clients to support Special Access Programs, collateral, Sensitive Compartmented information, as well as Video Teleconferencing, and secure communications
- Testing analyzing, evaluating, validating, and verifying systems, identifying areas requiring urgent mitigation up front and early to develop systems with advanced technology solutions
- Designing, implementing, and maintaining hardware and software systems
- In-scope security background investigation (T5 or SSBI), adjudicated for SCI eligibility and enrolled in the Continuous Evaluation program (if applicable)
- Willing to be nominated for access to Sensitive Compartment Information and Special Access Programs and willing to consent to a Polygraph examination

Target salary range: $175,001 - $200,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
