The Global Liquidity & Cash Management is responsible for the technical implementation of global liquidity and cash management products/services. The GLCM Client Integration Manager is responsible for developing strong relationships with our clients to understand their goals and objectives resulting in a deeper and stronger relationship.
As our Client Integration Manager, you will:
- Be responsible for the technical implementation of global liquidity and cash management products/services
- Be responsible for developing strong relationships with our clients to understand their goals and objectives resulting in a deeper and stronger relationship
- Partner with internal stakeholders to conduct technical scope/discovery meetings to ensure technical solutions can be supported by both the client and the bank
- Establish test environment, validate file formats, execute file testing, coordinate back office testing, develop test plans & track test results, and assist client with technical issue resolution
- Partner with clients to develop a strong understanding of their technical infrastructure to support system integration to the HSBC digital tools and solutions
- Ability to identify technical issues and troubleshoot them efficiently and effectively
For this role, HSBC targets a pay range between $75,000.00 and $155,000.00.
The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.
