Manager, Integration Engineering
Role Description
As a Manager of Integration Engineering, you will build the teams that create these integrations with an emphasis on quality, scalability, and simplicity.
You and your teams will be challenged to bring software engineering practices and patterns to the integration space in order to democratize capabilities across the enterprise.

Core Responsibilities
- Manage and guide team in delivering highquality integrations following strategic patterns
- Partner with Product, Architecture, and Engineering to understand business requirements, define interface contracts, and guide implementation
- Foster a continuous learning environment
- Other duties as assigned
What are we looking for?
- 4+ years experience with Workato, Boomi, or similar iPaaS, or in a related Software Engineering role
- 2+ years experience building and developing highperforming teams or equivalent leadership experience
- Curiosity to learn OSH's unique care model and how your work contributes to positive patient outcomes
- Teamwork and empathy to support a collaborative environment where everyone has a voice
- Experience integrating with Salesforce Developer APIs, Kafka, and cloud storage preferred
- Bachelor's degree in CS or equivalent degree / work experience
- US work authorization
