MindPoint Group is seeking a customer-focused Cybersecurity Analyst to support our direct client with their Anti-Phishing Awareness and Training program. You will demonstrate exceptional customer service, organizational, and process improvement skills and have a passion for helping our clients reduce organizational risk in creative ways. What you get to do every day:
- Select and customize creative and relevant templates for monthly Anti-Phishing simulation exercises
- Coordinate with customers regarding campaign scenarios, dates, and target list selection
- Schedule, run, and monitor phishing exercises
- Analyze results of phishing campaigns and prepare detailed and summary-level reporting
- Create and deliver ad hoc reporting, as requested
- Ensure compliance with phishing training policies
- Evaluate methods to determine why clickers click and put forth positive recommendations to encourage increased awareness in the user community
- Liaise between the client and the phishing tool vendor to recommend, pilot, and roll out new capabilities
- Communicate effectively with leadership and high-level information systems management
- Help develop and deliver training to end-users, including email communications and other educational resources
- Work as part of a team of cybersecurity and training professionals for the highest level of customer service and value add to the customer
- Onboard and set up new phishing services for customers
- Ensure the highest quality and accuracy of documents, reports, and services to the client
- Continuously improve and document key processes and activities in a Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) format for use by other team members and to enhance efficiencies
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and team members
- Identify areas for improvement and ways to increase efficiencies including processes, tools, and templates
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly presentation materials as requested
Qualifications
**Appropriate US Government Clearance Required**
What skills do you need?
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of six (6) years of general work experience and three (3) years of experience in cybersecurity-related role(s)
- Experience with quality assurance/quality control and testing techniques
- Exceptional people, written and verbal communication, organizational, and process improvement skills are critical to success in this role
What is ideal?
- Experience with email and/or SMS messaging abuse countermeasures, including use of COTS Phishing tools and related skills such as HTML would be highly beneficial, but in the absence of direct experience, a strong willingness to learn is required!
- Data analytics, visualization, and/or dashboarding skills would be a huge plus to help the client better understand areas of risk within the organization
Location:
- This is a hybrid role with expectations of being on the client site one day a week.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $95,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
