Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients over the counter, via phone, and text. Tag and mark in incoming laundry orders. Accurately enter garment descriptions into the computer system.
Accurately assemble, inspect, and bag outgoing orders.
- Make outbound text to follow up on customer inquiries and resolve any issues
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner
Warmly greet customers as they come in.
- Analyze customer feedback and provide suggestions for improving products and services
Skills:
- Proficient in data entry and able to navigate computer systems efficiently
