Customer Support Specialist

LHH Recruiting Solutions is assisting our client with their Customer Support Specialist in Columbus, OH. This position is starting on a contract basis. The Customer Support Specialist will help customers when they call in to setup new orders and have any questions on current orders. There is a small element of sales but it is more offering additional services while setting up the orders. Not high pressure cold calling! This is a great opportunity with a well known and respected corporation!

Main Duties:

• Answering incoming calls from customers and setting up orders

• Assisting customers with current orders

• Offering addition services if applicable

• Answer customer questions

Qualifications:

• At least one year of customer service experience

• Professional office experience

• Strong communication skills

• Attention to detail

Pay Details: $17.00 to $18.00 per hour
