As a Customer Support Representative at John Deere’s A&I Products in Rock Valley, Iowa you will service customers through receipt of inbound calls. In addition, you will:
- Place customer orders using multiple business systems
- Answer questions regarding order status, freight cost, freight status, and product details
- Perform outbound calls related to sales or potential informative campaigns
- Service various call queues and possibly chat queues as assigned
- May be required to work holidays as needed
