The role:

As a Customer Success Representative at Tekambi, you will work closely with a group of clients to ensure they are getting the most value from our products for the lending industry and other verticals. Your main responsibility is to establish and maintain strong relationships with the clients by understanding their unique business needs and helping them achieve their goals. You will be responsible for managing the relationship from contract signing, through onboarding and implementation, and throughout the entire lifecycle of the partnership.

You will need to have a strong technical acumen and the ability to communicate product requirements to the technical team. Additionally, you will monitor client engagement, identify areas for improvement and work with teams to implement changes. You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, preparing reports, and providing insights that will help drive the company's growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Onboarding: As a Customer Success Representative, you will be responsible for assisting the Onboarding Specialist in guiding new clients through the onboarding process. This includes compiling all necessary assets, walking clients through the setup process, and communicating with affiliates and partners involved in launching.
  • Customer Support: You will be the primary point of contact for clients seeking assistance with navigating the Tekambi systems. You will provide technical solutions, troubleshoot problems, and advise clients on how to best utilize the various functionalities of the platform. You will also work closely with the development team to ensure that tech solution deadlines are met and that client needs are met.
  • Communication: Maintaining regular communication with clients is essential. You will gather feedback and advise clients on how to leverage the platform to meet their individual business needs.
  • Account Growth: Identifying opportunities for growth is key to the success of the client and the company. You will provide solutions to clients that will improve performance, optimize business operations and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Reporting: You will be responsible for providing clients with analytic data that will identify areas of improvement or areas of growth in performance. This will enable clients to make informed decisions and improve their performance.
  • Customer Retention: Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction is essential for retention. You will create/amend policies and procedures that improve the customer experience, resulting in satisfied customers and reducing churn.

Qualifications:

  • B.A. or B.S. degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of Customer Success or Account Mangement related experience.
  • Comprehensive understanding of pipeline revenue, forecasted revenue, and sales cycle revenue management with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proven ability to drive continuous value of products.
  • Proven interpersonal management skills and exceptional business acumen.
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and an absolute focus on quality of work.
  • Previous SaaS experience is a plus.
  • Experience in the lending industry is a plus.
