Specific Position Requirements
LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY - At this time 2 days a week(Tuesday and Thursday) in office but could move to full time in office.
**1st shift hours - candidates will need to work within the time of 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM CST** OT hour maybe required. May have to work Holidays and partial remote, or full office if requested. **Visa sponsorship is not available, now or in the near future, for this position.
As a Customer Support Representative, Iowa you will service customers through receipt of inbound calls.
In addition, you will:
• Place customer orders using multiple business systems
• Answer questions regarding order status, freight cost, freight status, and product details
• Perform outbound calls related to sales or potential informative campaigns
• Service various call queues and possibly chat queues as assigned
• May be required to work holidays as needed
The hourly rate for this position is between $23-$25 per hour.
