Our product is uniquely designed for durability, precision, and long-term reliability. Our company is growing, and we are looking to add a few full time Customer Service Representatives to our core team in Boca Raton, FL. This is an in-person job.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Respond to all Customer Support emails, phone calls, and live website chats
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer technical issues
• Guide users step-by-step through any troubleshooting
• Follow-up on customer inquiries to ensure complete resolution and satisfaction
• Become well-versed to assist in any area of the business
• Other duties as assigned by your supervisor

REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality
• Ability to maintain composure and de-escalate situations effectively
• Strong organizational abilities and adept at prioritizing tasks
• Self-driven with a positive outlook
• Proficient with both Windows PCs and Mac systems

SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATION

• Hours: Monday through Friday between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm, for 30-40 hours weekly
• Compensation: Hourly rate of $20-22, dependent on experience
• Initial Transition: Starting with 20 hours per week for the first 2 weeks, gradually scaling up to 30-40 hours. Our small team pairs the new representative with a full-time employee for comprehensive training.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
