Our Customer Support Representative Must:

  • Engage customers in conversations to assess their wants and needs, identifying products and services to meet those demands
  • Cultivate professional relationships with customers, listening carefully to their needs and displaying empathy to provide the best service possible
  • Drive sales revenue by following up directly with customers on unresolved inquiries or requests
  • Enthusiastically support our company values and mission
  • Actively promote teamwork, leading by example and taking the initiative to assist others in achieving team sales goals
  • Property input customer information into our system following all company confidentiality guidelines
  • Stay up to date on new products, features, or sales promotions offered by our clients
  • Follow our policy, procedures, and guidelines

Our Customer Support Representativehas the Following Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • NO EXPERIENCE IS NEEDED - WE PROVIDE COMPLETE TRAINING
  • Background in Customer Support, Client Relations, or Sales is a PLUS!

Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per week
