Daily Responsibilities as a Customer Support Representative:
- Effectively promote and educate consumers on our client’s available services and benefits through one-on-one customer interactions
- Develop and coordinate effective business strategies that will stand out against competitors and increase customer acquisition
- Participate in required sales meetings and conference calls to maintain updated knowledge of our client’s promotions and services
- Acquire a proven track record of closing a high percentage of qualified leads and increasing customer retention
- Work harmoniously with our sales team to successfully promote brand awareness and increase sales margins
- Establish and maintain a consistent professional image while interacting with customers and coworkers
- Build positive interdepartmental relationships and communicate effectively to achieve established sales targets
Customer Support Representative Requirements:
- 0-3 years in the Customer Support or sales industry
- Proactive; can-do approach; takes ownership of any situation
- Exceptional motivational and persuasion abilities
- Proven record of outstanding sales performance and achievement, overturning objections
- An open mind with a passion for learning a wide range of skills that will carry through various career paths
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and analytical skills
- Well-spoken, poise, and professional demeanor with clients and consumers
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
