Customer Support Rep. - Scheduling Field Technicians - Bilingual Preferred

We help seniors remain safe at home by providing much needed safety improvements for them such as,

• grab bars
• stair railings
• wheelchair ramps, and
• stair lifts.

Due to our growth, we're in need of additional support staff to interact with our customers and our team of Field Technicians and to host showroom visitors. This is a multifaceted customer service, dispatch, data entry, bookkeeping and inside sales role. English and Spanish fluency are required.

Telephone, calendaring and data entry experience are essential. Familiarity with Service Titan and QuickBooks are a big plus. Clean background and vaccination are required.
