Founded in 2016, Home To Home is a pet placement platform that enables pet owners to directly connect their pets with new, loving homes. The program works in tandem with animal shelters to provide pet owners with an alternative to surrendering their pets. Home To Home is a proven, lifesaving solution for pets in need of a new home while reducing shelter demand and the need for shelters to euthanize.
We are seeking a diligent and outgoing Customer Support Coordinator to join our team and assist our growing number of customers.
Job Description:
As the Customer Support Coordinator, you will play an important role as the first person our customers will be in contact with.
Responsibilities:
● Customer Support: o Promptly respond to all incoming customer emails and phone calls and provide excellent customer service. o Respond to messages coming in through various social media channels and collaborate with Marketing & Communications Manager on messaging. o Assist customers with platform-related needs such as creating their pet profiles, changing their account information, and more. o Assist with reviewing and approving/denying pet posts. o Assist shelter partners with setting up their accounts, managing their posts and making any changes needed to ensure their program is working effectively.
● Administrative Support: o Assist with reporting needs for Home To Home leadership, shelter partners, and strategic partners. o Assist with platform related tasks as needed, including liaison with web support for any web issues. o Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
● Technologically savvy with proficiency in using the Google and Microsoft platforms.
● Experience working with an online platform (highly preferred).
● Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
● Passion for providing exceptional customer service.

● Ability to create and maintain collaborative relationships across multiple teams/individuals.
● Ability to work independently and proactively problem-solve.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
