Junior Customer Service Support Coordinator

Overview:
Evatec is a Swiss company with offices in the US, Europe and Asia that specializes in the development, production, and sale of high-tech thin film deposition equipment for the semiconductor, advanced packaging, photonics, and optoelectronics markets.

Job Location: Hillsboro, OR

Reports to: Head of Customer Service - Evatec NA Inc.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate and communicate with service team effectively to create a schedule that reflects needs of customers and team
• Communicate effectively with customers for scheduling service
• Long- and short-term scheduling
• Direct point of contact for Field Service Engineers for scheduling, Work Order creating, and general service administration questions
• Planning and coordination of trainings
• Lead weekly internal service administration meeting
• Assist in creating Quotes for service and work collaboratively with service sales
• Track customer site access and stay up to date with the latest requirements for each facility
• Assist the Backoffice and Order Processing team as needed, incl:
• Review of employee expense reports (Concur) and help resolve issues with employee business travel
• Support the administration of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database
• Support service and spare parts order entry & processing

Requirements:

• Strong organization, planning, problem solving and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft suite
• High degree of independence, initiative, and ability to work in a team
• Technical background preferred
• Proficiency in Spanish is a plus

Salary: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
