Our Customer Support & Community Outreach Representative Must: 

  • Engage customers in conversations to assess their wants and needs, identifying products and services to meet those demands
  • Cultivate professional relationships with customers, listening carefully to their needs and displaying empathy to provide the best service possible
  • Enthusiastically support our companies values and mission 
  • Assist in driving sales revenue by following up directly with customers on unresolved inquiries or requests and relaying the information to the Sales Team
  • Actively promote teamwork, leading by example and taking the initiative to assist others
  • Complete all essential training and display enthusiasm for continuous learning, accepting constructive feedback from more experienced team members
  • Stay up to date on new products, features, or sales promotions offered by our clients
  • Adhere to our policy, procedures, and guidelines and act as an ambassador of Stafford Marketing at all times

Our Customer Support & Community Outreach Representative Has The Following Qualifications: 

  • Ability to thrive independently or within a team
  • Flexible; capability to multitask in a high energy environment
  • Display a high degree of integrity, trustworthiness, and professionalism at all times
  • Maintain consistently good punctuality and attendance to work
  • Proven ability to achieve sales goals and financial targets preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ years of experience as a Client Success Representative or Sales Associate
