Job description

Reporting to the Customer Success Manager, the Customer Success Specialistsupports assigned direct ship customers, by overseeing all operational aspects of the Order to Cash Flow Process, including order management, inventory allocation, shipment tracking, and resolving freight claims and OS&D issues. The Customer Success Specialist interacts with cross functional departments in the organization, specifically the Sales, Customer Marketing and Supply Chain teams to fill customer purchase orders in full and deliver orders on time.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong partnership with assigned customers and brokers.
  • Understand and execute the end-to-end Sales and Supply Chain process from order through shipment to meet customer commitments.
  • Perform order-entry functions via EDI and data entry, ensuring all orders received are processed timely and accurately.
  • Troubleshoot order errors and resolve timely (MOQ, pricing errors, new items, customer set up, etc.)
  • Work closely with cross functional teams to ensure high quality of service and timely delivery of orders.
  • Provide status of orders to brokers, customers and sales, and assist with daily inquiries and requests.
  • Demonstrate ability to identify and resolve issues affecting overall service to the customer and positively influence key performance indicators.
  • Conduct root cause analysis on customer issues, as needed.
  • Develop & maintain partnerships as the liaison between HARIBO, brokers and 3rd-party logistics providers.
  • Assist with warehouse inventory inquiries and provide customer specific shipping requirements.
  • Assist with transportation scheduling requests, warehouse inquiries, and OS&D issues.
  • Highly knowledgeable in multiple systems and electronic data interchange processes.
  • Utilize SAP and BI reporting to manage orders and provide analysis and reporting.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and assists with the development and execution of initiatives.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
  • 3+ years’ experience in customer account management, supply chain or inside sales support and direct experience serving both internal and external customers
  • Previous ERP system experience is required
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are required
Preferred Qualifications
  • Working knowledge using SAP S4-HANA is preferred
  • Experience in identifying, initiating, and driving improvements to processes and work streams
  • Consumer Packaged Goods experience is strongly preferred
