The Role
Our small team is looking for a new team member to be an integral part of the growth journey.
Our Customer Success Representative will act as a connection, providing product/services information and resolving problems that our clients might face with precision and competence.
We are looking for a digital native to:
- Manage daily outbound shipments for our webstore.
- Send tracking numbers and status updates to customers.
- Respond to RFQs then provide quotations to small customer accounts.
- Submit invoices to accounting departments.
- Take ownership of new customer set up procedures.
- Identify and evaluate customers’ needs to deliver satisfaction.
- Go the extra mile to engage customers and discover their requirements.
- Manage then work with our team to provide proper solutions and options within the time limits.
- Assist with digital marketing and/or quality control efforts.
Our team is small and there is room to grow and take on responsibilities beyond those that are listed below. If you are interested in other responsibilities such digital marketing, supply chain, etc.. we are completely open to talk about it!
The role is hourly full-time with Medical, Vision, and Dental benefits. We also offer a 401(K) match.
Role Requirements
- High school diploma/GED required
- Ability to read and write English
- Able to work quickly and accurately in a digital environment
- Problem-solving mentality with the ability to troubleshoot without guidance
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize importance across many ongoing conversations
- Customer orientation and capacity to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Exceptional communication skills
- Interest in learning about technology
- Fluency with Microsoft Outlook and Office
- Ability to work in-person (this is a "no remote work" role)
A list of experiences that will help your application but aren't required
- Bachelor's degree or Associates Degree
- 3-5 years of experience
- Previous experience working at a small business (<20 employees)
- Experience at a physical goods company and/or with digital/website marketing
- Knowledge of MS Sharepoint, ERP Systems (e.g. Acumatica) and/or CRM Systems (e.g. Hubspot)
