Are you in the Austin area? LHH has partnered with a well known company in the medical industry, and there are searching for a payer/data entry specialist. This would be an remote, contract position. The client will need someone in the Austin area for this role. Our client is looking for someone who is resourceful and investigative.
Compensation: $22/hour
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and filling out PDF forms and Excel spreadsheets with client information
- Reaching out to clients to verify information (via phone calls and emails)
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
- High school diploma required
- Intermediate Excel experience required
- At least one year customer service experience
Qualifications:
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
