XBuild, a leading provider of automated construction solutions, is seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Success Representative to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring that our contractors receive timely and effective support related to their claims, and that communication is seamless and transparent throughout the process.
Responsibilities:
Claims Support: Work closely with our claims team to assist in the management and resolution of contractors' claims. Ensure that claims are processed efficiently and that contractors' concerns are addressed promptly.
Communication Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for contractors regarding their claims. Provide timely updates, answer inquiries, and facilitate effective communication between contractors and our claims team.
Issue Resolution: Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and challenges that contractors may face during the claims process. Advocate for contractors to ensure their needs are met.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all interactions with contractors, claim details, and communication history. Ensure that all necessary documentation is complete and organized.
Feedback Collection: Collect and analyze feedback from contractors to identify areas for improvement in the claims process and overall customer experience. Share insights with the claims team for process enhancements.
Timely Updates: Proactively provide contractors with regular updates on the progress of their claims, ensuring transparency and clarity throughout the process.
Requirements:
Customer-Focused: 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and support.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to convey complex information clearly and professionally.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate and resolve customer issues effectively.
Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
- Construction Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the construction industry, particularly in claims and dispute resolution, is a plus.
