Customer Success Manager 
We are a fun, trusted, innovative and tech-enabled language services company.
The experienced Customer Success Manager candidate will be responsible for identifying our key customers, analyzing customer needs and generating maximum revenue and profitability. He/she will be responsible for generating new business opportunities to develop profitable and enduring business relationships with new and existing clients. She/He will also manage the lifecycle and growth of contracts in over 100 languages for the following services: over-the-phone interpreting, video remote interpreting, on-site interpreting (including American Sign Language), translation, transcription, subtitling, others. You must be comfortable and effective with prospecting, telephonic outreach, and personal meetings over video, phone and in person. The Customer Success Manager will accomplish business development activities by performing Customer Success teams plans with long-term and short term in mind with the help of the use of daily, weekly, and monthly goal tracking.

Homeland Language Services has over 7 years of experience developing interactive solutions for a variety of industries including customer service, legal, healthcare, schools, and government, providing high quality over-the-phone interpreting (OPI), video remote interpreting (VRI), on-site interpretation & translation services.
We provide services in over 100 languages. Due to steady and ongoing growth, we are now looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager in interpretation and translation to expand our U.S. and international client base and market.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

Analyze budgets, prepare quarterly, monthly and annual reports, forecasts and business plans

Manage our key accounts portfolio

Stablish strong, long-term client relationships

Suggest solutions and innovative ideas to meet client needs

Encourages Customers to Upgrade or add new products

Handle complaints and problems in a timely and effective manner

Act as a liaison between key customers and internal teams/departments

Identify and approach new potential strategic customers

Promote the value of all existing and new services

Monitor sales performance metrics

Assisting in creating training courses and educational materials

Sustain business growth and profitability by maximizing value

Improve onboarding process

Work closely with our Vice President, sales team, Key Vendor Manager, and marketing team

Set and achieve sales goals, by connecting with new/existing clients to develop business, through telephonic outreach, marketing campaigns, market research, heavy RFP response

Work with various Procurement and Purchasing Department Representatives

Attend sales and marketing meetings, sales calls and prepare RFP responses

Take a proactive role in learning about clients' industry, business needs and company culture


Professional Qualifications and Experience: 

Progressive sales experience selling within the translation/interpretation/localization services into customer services, legal and healthcare organizations (1-3 years) within the government or private sectors

Strong data and analytical skills

Professional writing skills for Proposals, RFPs, Quotes, and Customer Communication

People Management and leadership skills

Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a growing environment

Proven work experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar role

Key Account and Sales Management skills

Experience in managing a diverse group and training each according to company standards

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Highly organized and multi-task

Communications or Marketing degree is a plus

Proficiency in Sales CRM software, reporting. Monday software is a plus
