Analyze budgets, prepare quarterly, monthly and annual reports, forecasts and business plans
Manage our key accounts portfolio
Stablish strong, long-term client relationships
Suggest solutions and innovative ideas to meet client needs
Encourages Customers to Upgrade or add new products
Handle complaints and problems in a timely and effective manner
Act as a liaison between key customers and internal teams/departments
Identify and approach new potential strategic customers
Promote the value of all existing and new services
Monitor sales performance metrics
Assisting in creating training courses and educational materials
Sustain business growth and profitability by maximizing value
Improve onboarding process
Work closely with our Vice President, sales team, Key Vendor Manager, and marketing team
Set and achieve sales goals, by connecting with new/existing clients to develop business, through telephonic outreach, marketing campaigns, market research, heavy RFP response
Work with various Procurement and Purchasing Department Representatives
Attend sales and marketing meetings, sales calls and prepare RFP responses
Take a proactive role in learning about clients' industry, business needs and company culture
Progressive sales experience selling within the translation/interpretation/localization services into customer services, legal and healthcare organizations (1-3 years) within the government or private sectors
Strong data and analytical skills
Professional writing skills for Proposals, RFPs, Quotes, and Customer Communication
People Management and leadership skills
Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a growing environment
Proven work experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar role
Key Account and Sales Management skills
Experience in managing a diverse group and training each according to company standards
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Highly organized and multi-task
Communications or Marketing degree is a plus
Proficiency in Sales CRM software, reporting. Monday software is a plus
