We are looking for an Associate Customer Success Manager to serve Updox smaller customers. Updox is an growth company with over 7,000 direct customers and growing. Our team is creating a world-class service organization and our Customer Success Managers are critical to our continued success and the success of our customers. The Customer Success Team is focused on delivering proactive account management to ensure our customers get the most out of our products. CSMs are responsible for increasing revenue per customer and product expansion with a focus on increasing product engagement.
You:
As an Associate Customer Success Manager you have a strong service delivery project and program management background with deep expertise in healthcare related service delivery. You love establishing best in class service delivery methodologies, standards, tools and processes to ensure that our products are delivered to our customers effectively and efficiently, assuring delivery on time with strong adoption/engagement. This role will report to the Manager of Customer Success at Updox.
Responsibilities
- Strategically manage a large portfolio of customers, prioritizing daily tasks with the goal to uncover and close revenue impacting opportunities
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with customer to drive adoption, usage and business growth.
- Think strategically about business solutions that are unique to each customer, creatively proposing solutions that help drive practice efficiency and patient engagement.
- Master Updox’s product and service offering in order to provide customers with consultative guidance on how to get the most out of our product
- Passionately support Updox's commitment to create an outstanding experience for all of our customers
- Have good general knowledge of our EverHealth portfolio of products and how they add values to DrChrono customers.
- Understand customer needs and identify and share best product workflows that help them close process gaps and improve success metrics.
- Escalate issues to senior members of the EverHealth to resolve customer issues.
Experience and skills we're seeking:
- Previous customer service or sales experience preferred, but not necessary
- Accountability and personal organization are essential
- Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
- Knowledge of best practices in customer service and retention
- Proficient with applicable software applications
- Strong written and verbal communication
Where:
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States– if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation:
EverCommerce is committed to equal pay and transparency. The annual base salary range for this position is $30,000 – $40,000 USD Per Year. Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline and combines all of the distinct labor markets within the US. EverCommerce considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, candidate’s work location, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, external market data, as well as, market and business considerations when making compensation decisions.
