The world’s leading events and publishing company within the aviation safety training sector is recruiting for a Customer Success Manager. A new role within the company, and reporting to the US Sales Director, the CSM will work with our Sales team in a mostly administrative and supportive role, alongside our Event Management team, ensuring our customer and client processes are delivered accurately and in a timely fashion. We’re looking for a highly organized and efficient individual with great communication skills and the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time. You’ll be working with a small friendly team, based in Lake Mary and Tampa, Florida, and in the UK. Experience of events, trade shows, marketing or publishing is preferred..

Job requirements:
Publishing - Digital
*Assist sales team and clients to:
- Support Sales team to create and record advertising quotes/orders
- Review various contracts to ensure they are up to date and reflect correct information
- Follow up on quotes/orders progress
- Create/update digital sales master documents
- Chase clients to obtain signatures for advertising contracts
- Secure ad copy and creative content
- Develop opportunities with clients – up-selling/cross-selling
*Update information in and manage CRM system – A.C.T.
*Assist in producing email campaigns, evaluate campaign analytics, provide client feedback and recommendations
*Produce other various company reports when required
*Any other ad hoc duties that might be required
Events
*Assist sales team:
- Help prepare event template documents and packages
- Help prepare sponsorship template documents and packages
- Process event orders and contracts
- Update event sales document
- Update exhibitor list document
*Attend events in US
*Opportunities to contribute to future technology and event production discussions
*Provide a courteous and efficient level of response to all customer queries, issues and requests for information
*Ensure that all customer interactions comply with company process and procedures and meet with company targets
*Continually review processes and procedures for improvement
Personal attributes
Confident personality, friendly and outgoing, you will also be:
- Diligent, accurate, excellent attention to detail and organized
- Very good communications skills, presentable and positive personality. Accurate, pleasant but firm communication is required in person, by phone and by email, largely with people whose first language is not English. Has to be able to interact with people at all levels of seniority at client organizations
- Motivated, self-starter
- Team worker - shows enthusiasm and willingness to join in to complete routine tasks when the work needs to be done
- Good project handler – able to take a problem or situation, work out what is needed and complete it
Qualifications:
- 3 years’ previous experience in a similar role - preferred
- High School Diploma or GED - required
- AA degree or higher – required
- Ability to work as System Administrator for A.C.T. CRM system – experienced or able to learn
- IT skills – intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook; ability to work with website content (Word Press)
- Lives in Tampa or Orlando/Central Florida - required

Compensation: $18-$20/Hr. 20 hours per week – (depending on experience)
A remote role, with occasional onsite visits, the position is part-time 20 hours per week, 4 days a week from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with one half-hour break but could be flexible when necessary.
