i360 is seeking a Customer Success Managerto help drive long-term Customer Success by proactively engaging customers, identifying gaps, and ensuring value is delivered. This role is critical to ensuring the success and satisfaction of our clients, driving retention and expansion opportunities. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in Customer Success within the SaaS industry, possessing strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

What You Will Do
- Compliment the client onboarding process and proactively engage customers at various intervals to understand business goals, assess customer satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement or expansion
- Provide support and ad hoc training to active clients via screenshare to expand customer adoption and usage of i360 products
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure successful renewals and to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Utilize data and analytics to track Customer Success metrics, providing insights to both customers and internal teams
- Be a customer advocate who identifies key customer feedback and passes customer stories on to internal stakeholders
- Stay current on political issues, campaigns and specific legislative activity
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- 1+ years of campaign, Political Action Committee or issue advocacy experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Position may require up to 10% travel

- Salesforce experience
- CRM software and political technology (i360 is a plus)
