About the Role:

Seerist is looking to hire experienced and motivated Customer Success professionals to support our current and prospective Commercial Clients around the world. We support corporate security and GSOC teams in the US and abroad. At Seerist, you can work in a fun, fast-paced and challenging environment with dedicated and passionate teammates, supporting clients in the navigation of threats, to ensure their people and assets are safe. This role can be located in Reston, VA; The Bay Area; or Houston, TX. This will be a Hybrid work situation.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a strong understanding of clients and provide unparalleled support through the lifecycle of a contract, putting Seerist in the best position possible for future growth.
  • Capture and provide client feedback for our development and production teams to continue adding value to the client’s mission.
  • Responsible for the success of a client portfolio while supporting the team when and where needed.
  • Responsible for achieving account retention and growth metrics.
  • Responsible for good, proactive account management and use of CRM tools.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of enterprise software or SaaS Customer Success/account management/sales with a demonstrated track record of success in-depth knowledge of a corporate security function, GSOC and/or threat intelligence function. Ideally a > 90% customer retention rate.
  • Have SaaS and/or account management experience.
  • Have experience working directly with high-touch customers, must be able to create, edit, research, evaluate, analyze, and fuse data from multiple sources and datasets to appropriately communicate the value of real-time threat monitoring to clients
  • Understand customer goals, plans, challenges, timeline, budget, and authority.
  • Have a passion for building and maintaining relationships with customers.
  • Understand the importance of customer's goals, outcomes and operational processes to integrate our SaaS platform into customer workflows.
  • Ability to effectively work with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders from entry-level employees to C-suite executives.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in corporate security a bonus
  • Experience working with sales, account management, product, and engineering teams.
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts to a wide range of audiences.
  • Ability to think on your feet and problem-solve in real-time.

The base range for this position in California is $80,000- $120,000 per year. The exact compensation offered will be dependent on knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
