Customer Service/Scheduling Rep

MY Shower Door is the premier provider of Frameless Glass Shower Enclosures. This family-owned business has been successfully manufacturing, designing, and installing luxury glass enclosures for over 20 years! With a team of over 180 employees, we currently maintain 10 locations throughout the state of Florida, and we have now expanded into North Carolina! We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative/Scheduler to join our team in Charlotte, NC. This position plays an integral role in our mission to provide an exceptional customer experience with each interaction! This role is responsible for the following:

• Handling incoming phone calls in a high-volume, fast-paced environment using a multi-line system
• Utilizing the company’s scheduling platform to set & manage Installation schedules
• Working with sales department for initial scheduling during customer sales appointment
• Scheduling repair jobs as needed from customer and directed by Installation Supervisor
• Confirming customer appointments
• Invoicing prior day jobs for the next day
• Coordinating with Installation Supervisor customer concerns and work towards immediate solution while providing the highest level of customer service
• Preparing installation packets for all install technicians prior to installation date

Who you are:

• 2+ years of experience working in a customer service role
• Possess a strong desire to provide exceptional customer service
• High level of professionalism, dependability, and trustworthiness
• Excellent communication, listening, and people skills.
• Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
• Possess organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of Charlotte, NC and surrounding areas.
• Ability to utilize mapping tools such as MapQuest, Google Maps, etc.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suites, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Ability to perform effectively and positively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
