Customer Service Specialist

Ultimate Staffing is seeking an experienced Customer Service Rep for a leading aftermarket LED lighting manufacturer specializing in accessory products for motorsport vehicles. This is a full time, in-office/call center setting position located in Youngsville.

Temp to Perm

Hours:

Monday-Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm with lunch hour

Pay:

$18-$19/hour

MUST have good work history, reliable transportation, and a positive attitude

Responsibilities and Duties

- Work in your personal office where you can focus and assist customers

- Communicating with customers through email or chat, over the phone or on social media

- Guide customers through products, confirm fitments, and help create support tickets

- Assist other departments as needed

- Multi-task through different programs

- Multi-task typing and talking

Requirements

- High School Diploma

- Excellent Data Entry Skills

- Microsoft Office Knowledge

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
