2. Assist customers with product information, pricing, orders, and any other inquiries they may have.
3. Resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently and effectively, striving for first-call resolution.
4. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
5. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
6. Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and resolve issues.
7. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty through proactive communication and problem-solving.
8. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
4. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proficiency in computer systems and software, including MS Office and CRM software.
6. Ability to empathize with customers and provide personalized assistance.
7. Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
