Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming visitors, answering inquiries, and addressing concerns in person, over the phone, and through email.
- Studio Tours: Conduct studio tours for potential clients, showcasing our facilities, classes, and explaining our dance programs.
- Sales: Actively engage in sales efforts to promote dance classes, memberships, and merchandise, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Registration Assistance: Assist customers with the registration process, providing guidance on class selection, schedules, and pricing.
- Event Coordination: Assist in organizing and coordinating studio events, workshops, and performances, ensuring a positive experience for participants and attendees.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate customer records, update class rosters, and assist with administrative tasks related to customer accounts.
- Problem Resolution: Address customer concerns promptly and professionally, seeking solutions to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with dance instructors, administrative staff, and management to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in customer service roles with a focus on creating positive interactions.
- Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability in sales, with a customer-oriented approach and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Dance Knowledge: A basic understanding or interest in dance and dance programs to effectively communicate with potential clients.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various responsibilities efficiently.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using computer systems, databases, and software for customer management and sales tracking.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to a positive studio environment.
Job Type: Full-time pr Part-time
Specific Days: Monday's and Friday's and some Saturday's (must be willing to work as needed)
Hours: Full-time 12:00PM -9:30PM and Part-time 3:00PM-9:00PM
Salary: $16.50-$20.00 per hour DOE
