Jim's is hiring for a full time customer service position. This is a full time position expected to work 38-40 hours. Some evening and Saturday shifts are required.
Responsibilities:
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, retail sales, team environment
- Desire to work with several retail categories of merchandise including jewelry, home entertainment, electronics, tools, and firearms.
- Provide prompt, friendly customer service and operates their own register for all transaction types.
- Accurately balance transactions through assigned register.
- Performs price look ups.
- Light housekeeping duties including, but not limited to, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, picking up trash, emptying trash and spot mopping.
- Maintain knowledge of cashier processes and procedures.
- Occasionally required to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, push and pull. Constantly lift up to 10 pounds. Occasionally lift up to 30 pounds.
- Ability to work flexible schedule such as nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
